Terms & Conditions of
Sale
All claims
must be made in writing within 10 days of date of invoice. Terms are usually
Cash with Order Please. Orders will be dug fresh on receipt of check
or money order. All phone orders must be confirmed by mail. All credit
orders, 50% deposit, balance net 15 days to those with established
credit. We are not liable for any more than purchase price and we
are not responsible for stock upon delivery to transportation carrier in
good condition, however we will make every effort to help you collect
from the carrier should any damage occur in transit. All claims for damages
are to be filed by customer. We are not responsible under any conditions
for the liability of the plants we ship.
Grade on woodland flowers will be dug. Usually blooming size.
All cancellations must be made 15
working days prior to shipping date.
Cash in advance of shipment:
Cash bonus- 1000 Free Plants with each 10,000 ordered of any one variety
OR 5% discount. Must recieve before we ship.
All prices F.O.P. McMinnville,
TN & subject to change without notice.
All boxes charged at
cost. We need your UPS shipper Number if you have one.
On all
foreign shipments add 10% of invoice for inspection and wash fee.

Late Charges
After
15 days, add 2% as late charges and 5% after 30 days, plus 1.50% per month,
18% annual rate each month after that.
